Who is responsible for shipping costs?
Being a small company trying to control our costs, if a product that is not defective is returned, we can not pay shipping costs or refund shipping costs. If a non-defective product that qualified for free shipping is returned ,any refund will be reduced by actual shipping costs based upon current rates.
In most cases, we will not receive a refund of merchant fees charged for processing your credit card. If we do receive a refund of merchant fees, we will pass the refund on to you when you make a return.
Keeping our prices low
We keep our cost to you as low as we can. That involves not being a "try it on a whim" product. Our products are heavily documented in videos. If your product does not perform as well as in our videos, we will accept returns that you ship back to us at your expense within the first 90 days. See the following "Fails to perform" paragraph.
Fails to perform
In general, for example, if your purchased RDT product does not work as you expect it to, the problem may be with your saw, not our product. You, we want to talk to. That means you have not been able to tune your saw per our video recommendations. We take that VERY seriously. We want to know what problem you are experiencing and have an opportunity to help you resolve it. If your information presents a deficiency in our instructional video series, we will make an addendum to clear it up.
If your product is defective in any way, as unlikely as that may be with predominately steel products, we will repair or replace it for up to 10 years. That assumes that it has not been abused, allowed to rust, parts lost, or modified in a way that causes it to fail. Your only responsibility will be to ship it back to us so we can analyze the problem, so that we can improve our product. We will repair or replace it.
